Here are the Adult pattern designers that I’m aware of - it’s obviously not a comprehensive list but it’s all that I currently know about and I’m adding every time I discover new ones. All pattern makers marked with a (P) offer printed patterns and the other’s are marked with what languages they offer. If no language is listed, they only offer English as far as I’m aware. Makers marked with an asterisk (*) are primarily children's pattern designers but have some women's patterns for sale. All patterns are offered as PDFs unless otherwise listed.
